Shipping and Delivery

We strive to dispatch your items promptly after receiving them from our trusted sellers. Please note that the shipment may not occur on the same day as your order placement. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within the selected shipping time frame. Order Confirmation

Shortly after placing your order, you should receive an email confirming your purchase. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive this email. The confirmation email is essential as it includes details for your shipment notification and tracking information.

Important Considerations

• If your shipment reaches its destination and we receive no response from you, the package will be returned to its origin. In such cases, we will only refund the product cost (and applicable customs charges). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Upon receiving your shipment, if you discover any missing products, please inform us within 3 days. If you have not received your order within 60 days from the purchase date, please contact us immediately. Concerns raised beyond this time frame may not be accepted.
• In the unlikely event that a shipment is returned to the origin due to incomplete consignee documents, we may refund you the product cost only.

Cancellation Guidelines

• If the shipment has been created/processed: Partial shipping fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• If the shipment has not been created/processed by the seller: A full refund will be processed. Please note that once the shipment is on its way to your destination, we are unable to cancel your order.
