At Womaniya, we are committed to ensuring that every product you purchase matches its description and image and is free from any defects. If you receive an item that doesn't fulfill this commitment, we offer a comprehensive solution in the form of a full refund or a suitable replacement.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned item.

15-Day Return Window

Our online platform offers a wide range of products, backed by reliable delivery service and dedicated customer support. To address any concerns, we have extended our return policy to cover a period of 15 days from the date of receipt.

Two Convenient Return Methods

  1. Pick Up: For most locations, we provide a convenient and cost-free pick-up service for returns. A pick-up option will be available when submitting a return request.

  2. Self-Ship: If a pick-up service isn't accessible in your area, we will reimburse your shipping costs as long as the returned product adheres to the terms and conditions of our return policy. To facilitate this process, please share a scanned copy of the receipt via email for verification.

Important Points to Note

  • We don't accept returns for garments that have been worn, laundered, or had their labels and tags removed.
  • Returns and refunds are not applicable to Gift cards and downloadable products.
  • Exchanges are feasible for a different size or color, contingent on availability. If we can't fulfill your exchange request, a refund will be initiated.
  • For hygiene reasons, ensure that bodysuits and swimsuits are returned with their original hygienic protective strip intact.
  • Panties and lingerie sets that include panties are deemed final sale and not eligible for return.
